Dinner at Dr. D's

Dr. Zarin Dadina is the Vice Chairperson and the Medical Director for the Society for Indian Children's Welfare.  On Saturday evening, our last night in Calcutta, Dr. D, as she is affectionately known, invited us to dinner at her lovely home.  All of the impressive women of CQ were there with their families and friends.  These wonderful people all made us feel so warm and welcome that we felt as if we were long-time family members at a family holiday gathering, including gifts but excluding any of the usual family discord.  Dr. D had a cake for dessert with a top that was custom made to show the Pathways to Children logo.  We learned that the logo was stolen by Dr. D's husband, Pessi, using copy and paste from this blog - certainly grounds for a trademark infringement lawsuit (if only we knew a good lawyer).
